Shipping Policy

 Shipping Information:

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of $100.00 and up. Delivery time is 7-18 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders up to $100.00, shipping costs $9.90 USD. Delivery time is 7-18 business days.

We prioritize fast delivery to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible. The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping times.

Processing Time
· Non-customs items: 1-2 business days
· Customs items: 5-14 business days
During the holiday season, the processing time will be:
· Non-customs items: 3-5 business days
· Customs items: 15-30 business days
Shipping Time

Delivery Time
Since our custom curtains are instantly crafted according to your particular requirements, our order delivery usually consists of two parts:
Total Time
· Ordinary Day: Non-customs items: 4-7 business days; Customs items: 8-19 business days
· Holiday Season: Non-customs items: 10-15 business days; Customs items: 22-40 business days
*Free swatches will be delivered within 5 business days.
Delivery time may be extended by 45 business days during the holiday season (Dec., Jan., and Feb.). The total delivery time is as shown on the checkout page.
Warehouse Operations and Shipment Delays
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. In cases where holidays are observed, we take necessary measures to minimize shipment delays and ensure prompt delivery.
Shipping Carrier
Orders on custom curtains are shipped by air, mainly via FedEx or DHL. For free fabric swatches, most are shipped by USPS.
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to the following country:
· United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
Please note that specific regions within these countries may have restrictions, which could affect shipping availability.
Lost / Missing Package
If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be eligible for a full refund.

The shipping and return policy apply to all products sold on kooome.com. This shipping and return policy do not apply to other sales channels other than kooome.com. If you purchased a product outside kooome.com and wish to return it, please contact us so we can guide you on the steps to follow.
Customs Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country
Can I change my shipping address after pick-up?
No, changing the address is not supported. Please verify the shipping address before placing the order.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. However, please be aware that with free shipping, tracking information may not always be available.
"No Information Available at the Moment" Tracking Status
For certain shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information regarding your tracking number, please contact us . We will assist you in obtaining the necessary information.
Consolidated Shipping
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping is specified.
